1. Usage Terms
You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and ordinances in connection with your use of our Services. You may only access and use the Services for legitimate, non-commercial purposes and not for any prohibited or illegal purposes. You are responsible for making all arrangements to access our Services. You are also responsible for providing all equipment, internet connections, mobile fees, and other materials necessary to use the Services.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for such legitimate, non-commercial purposes conditioned on your continued adherence to these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time for any reason.

You agree not to upload or share User Content that: (i) infringes any third party intellectual property rights; (ii) violates any law, regulation or ordinance; (iii) is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, or obscene; (iv) contains viruses or other harmful code; (v) has the primary purpose of promoting commercial interests or soliciting business; or (vi) otherwise conflicts with these Terms. You grant Style Selections Flooring® a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and use your User Content on the Services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We have no obligation to retain your User Content and may delete any content at our sole discretion without notice to you. You are solely responsible for creating back-ups and archiving any User Content you post to the Services.
Any opinion, advice, suggestion, offer, statement, or other User Content is that of the respective author and not necessarily endorsed by Style Selections Flooring®. We are not responsible for any User Content.
3. Accounts
You may be required to register for an account to access certain features of the Services. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account and keep your account information updated.
You are solely responsible for the activity on your account and must not allow others to use your account. You must safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or use.
4. Ordering Products
You may order flooring and related products (“Products”) through the Services. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept any orders in our sole discretion.
Once your order is accepted and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded except by our sole discretion. The photographs, images, videos, and descriptions of Products on the Services are for illustrative purposes only. Although we aim to accurately display Product colors, styles, and textures, the actual appearance of Products may vary.
The prices and availability of Products are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes, shipping costs, duties or other charges, all of which you are responsible for paying if applicable.
Promotional offers, coupons, and discount codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any promotions at any time in our sole discretion.
Once your order is accepted, you will be charged the prices shown for the Products in your order. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy but errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will notify you and process a refund or credit if applicable.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We will arrange for your order to be shipped to the delivery address you provide. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Title and risk of loss pass to you when Products are delivered to the carrier.
Delivery timelines displayed on the Services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipment, delivery, or installation. You may return uninstalled Products in original condition within 30 days of delivery by contacting customer service. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all Products upon delivery before accepting and signing for the shipment. Note any visible defects or damages on the carrier’s paperwork. If you discover defects or damages after accepting delivery, contact us within 5 days of receiving the Products with supporting images. We will evaluate and determine if a replacement or return is warranted.
6. Payments & Billing
All fees and charges associated with our Services will be disclosed prior to ordering. You agree to pay the prices shown, including all applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, and other charges. We may charge your selected payment method now or at a later time for ordered Products and Services.
You must provide a valid payment method authorized for the amounts owed. We accept major credit cards and other online payment methods facilitated by third party payment partners. Payment platforms have their own terms and conditions which you are subject to.
We reserve the right to take steps to verify billing and payment information, including submitting information to third party verification services. We may contact you regarding orders, payment issues, or fraudulent activity associated with your payment method.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Services are owned by Style Selections Flooring® or other respective rights holders. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.
9. Communications
By using the Services, you agree we can communicate with you via email, phone, text messaging, social networks, and other channels. You can opt out of some communications in your account settings or by contacting customer support. Opting out may impact your use of the Services.

We disclaim any warranties or conditions express or implied regarding the information, content, materials, products, services, or security related to the Services. We do not warrant that:
- The Services will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted
- The Services will always operate or function as described
- Any errors or defects in the Services will be corrected
- The content provided is accurate, complete, or current
- The Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location
You assume full risk and responsibility for using the Services. You understand the inherent risks of providing information online and conduct any activity at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
Style Selections Flooring®, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. This includes damages for loss of data, business, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or profits, personal injury, death, and any other foreseeable or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the Services regardless of the cause of action or legal theory pled or asserted.
In no event will our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Services exceed $100 USD or the equivalent in local currency. The existence of one or multiple claims will not expand this limitation. Since some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, this provision may not fully apply to you.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Style Selections Flooring®, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, suppliers, and licensors from any damages, liabilities, claims, and expenses, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of the Services in violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to exclusively manage our legal defense and settlements arising from the foregoing.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes related to it or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You agree to exclusive venue and jurisdiction in the federal and state courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
14. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. By continuing to access our Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, please cease using our Services.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms repeatedly or egregiously. We may also suspend accounts that appear abandoned or inactive for extended periods.
You may permanently delete your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your information, but some residual data may persist internally if reasonably required for our operations and legal obligations. No refunds will be provided for termination.
Provisions intended to survive termination of these Terms (including disclaimers, warranties, indemnities, limitations of liability, governing law, and jurisdiction) will continue in effect beyond termination.
16. General Provisions
If any clause or portion of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed from the remaining Terms which will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provisions in these Terms does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver must be explicit, in writing, and signed by an authorized representative.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Style Selections Flooring®. They supersede any prior agreements or representations.
